HygieneTech Fleet User Guide

A bilingual quick guide for teams starting fleet, maintenance, compliance, and reporting workflows.

Last updated: 2026-07-06

Getting started

Start from the fleet dashboard to review vehicles, alerts, maintenance, and reports according to your role.

If you are a super admin, confirm the selected company before interpreting counts or closing records.

Vehicles and assets

Create the vehicle or asset, attach documents and expiry dates, then print or scan QR codes where needed.

Keep license plates and asset codes unique so records do not mix.

Maintenance and work orders

Create a maintenance request or work order, add parts, labor, and inspections, then move work to in progress before closure.

Do not close a work order unless service is complete or there is clear management approval.

Compliance and alerts

Review registration, insurance, documents, and alerts as daily work queues.

Add notes when acknowledging or resolving alerts so the audit trail stays useful.

Reports

Use reports to review cost, readiness, defects, and execution status across companies or branches.

Export data only to authorized people inside the customer scope.
