Service scope

The platform provides vehicle management, maintenance work orders, compliance alerts, reports, and role-based access according to the enabled plan.

External integrations, data migration, or custom configuration must be documented in a separate proposal or work order.

Accounts and access

The customer is responsible for assigning the right users and removing access for former staff in a timely manner.

Passwords and access codes must not be shared between people.

Data and records

Vehicle, asset, work-order, alert, and report records remain customer records within the licensed scope.

Status changes such as completing a work order should reflect real operational work or documented management approval.

Subscription and billing

Pricing depends on vehicle count, enabled modules, and the agreed support level.

Non-critical access may be suspended for overdue payment after suitable notice.

Acceptable use

Customers must not upload unlawful data or use the platform to monitor people outside authorized business operations.

Alerts and reports are operational aids and do not replace internal safety procedures.
